sHAAAAKY steering can any1 help?

Hey all, i got a lancer cc 93, and i upgraded the stock rims (155/13") with 195/50/15". And now i gots a strange problem. When i drive between 0-90 there is no steering shake, but when i go to 100-110 and over (overtaking hehe), i get a really nasty steering wheel shake, the weird part is its intermittant. I first thought it was balancing or alignment, but got that done 3 times in 3 diff shops, and still does it. I also put in new Konis, still shakkin.

Got any pointers?
Thanks

Just to add more juice to the wheel balancing thing : I had 17's installed and had the same problem from about 80km's and onwards.

Got the wheels balanced...WHAM! It was all fixed...
