Fuse?
Last night i was pulling my dash and console apart to elmintate the gap between my gear knob and boot, any way i have this switches that used to be for the neons (previous owner took em out 
) anyway i was looking at em they got no wires connected to em they just sit there, so i thought id try wiring them up to the back of my cig lighter so atleast they would light up. so i was in the process of doing it and i might of touched some wires togather or something im not sure, then the cig lighter went dead, the little light in it still worked but the actual lighter wouldn't neither would my switches i was trying to light up. So i looked at the fuses under the engine bay, i'm not sure which fuse it was so i checked all of the smaller ones and they are fine. anyone have any ideas?

In the Drivers side Footwell against the door hinges up in the dash.. has a black cover over it.. theres the interior fuses there
