Your old WRX had a turbo and intercooler as well. Christines Lancer is still NA...
And yes i heard heard bout it too, we are trying to get Chris down to bring his Zed and Neil in his M-Sports 180sx..
Apart from that, Karls GSR from busselton ( WRX ETA) won;'t be coming up i dont think, although he has pulled over 235kws at all fours.. pretty good for a 1.8
I assumed that a 4g93 meant a GSR motor, thus turbo?
I wasn't aware that 4g93's (non-turbo yet still twin cam) were released in Lancers. I thought they were purely Proton Satria GTI (yes, I know its a rebadged Mitsu)

I'm sure you'll find that her car is a SOHC 1.8 as well..
4G93s came in a few forms.. 1.8 SOHC NA, 1.8 DOHC NA, and the 1.8 DOHC Turbo that you know of..
You'll find the MR is a 1.8 SOHC variant.

Hey Christine how'd it go ? That Datoo 1600 was mighty fierce !
Neil sent me a message saying his Orange M-Sports 180sx pulled 202bhp at 0.9 bar running super rich.. he was a bit scared as that little room was bloody hot, and his car was way undertuned.. he still has to goto C-Red to get it retuned.

I was really quite surprised as to the turn out of people and cars to this event last night as most of you would not know but Bunbury is made up of nearly 50,000 people and I believe that thru out the night at any one time there would of been a minimum of 100 people and possibly another 100 or so came looked and left they managed to get nearly20 cars on the dyno in all various forms - I did not put mine on due to the car is not running 100% although it would of still done ok but in a small town like this it is sometimes better to wait till everything is perfect - if there is such a thing in a modified car
as to how many kw is converted from hp I think the ratio is 1.34 but the car has about 102 - 104kw at the wheels I think it has done very well as the car came out in stock form with 86kw at the fly wheel which probably translates to 86 hp at the wheels so effectively we have created 70% more power to the car but not only has the hp been lifted but also the torque range ( please don't ask how much torque as I can't remember ) has been lifted in all areas from low thru to high end but not as much in the high end as I would like and this is where I would like to add more but unsure as to how in N/A form may have to look at boost to get this

sorry was that the one that was arch out - they fixed that it ended up being something to do with the accelerator cable but he managed to pull a 121 hp which I was a bit surprised with thought it would of done more seeing as it was setup for full on drags as for the other car it pulled a 360hp and the owner of that car said that the dyno was correctly calibrated as he was not wanting to run big boost or something like that...
I did not put mine on because it was very warm in there and the air was very dirty I know they have fans in there but my car is a bit tempremental can't wait for next week when I get he air flow meter and retune but like I said in an earlier post great turn out for Bunbury G Speed are organising other events a drift day in Collie by then I will have a rear sway on and would not mind just having a race around the track just to see how the car goes
