I'm taking a break for most of August and most of September. The car is going into the shop for a new clutch and front and rear sways. Plus it's crazy hot outside. I could be wrong, but I think most of the NTEC guys on here will be taking the same break. Jose has a new baby, Jeremy has the death whine, and I'm a big fat sissy.

Oct, Nov, Dec I will pretty much be doing every autox that is left between BMW, NTAXS, and ER.

Mmm.. yeah pretty much. I was thinking that. I'm hoping that he's so used to driving a RWD BMW that he'll suck at driving an AWD Subaru. One can hope but I wouldn't bet on it.

I've been absent for various reasons, mostly due to trying to make money instead of spend it. I've got a pretty good looking opportunity in Dallas. Fingers are crossed. The heat doesn't help.

That said, I'll probably do 8/13 TMS as long as I'm not out of town.

 

8/13 i should be there. I'm going to suck it up. I want to put the new clutch and sways to the test.

 

If I have a new trans by then, I'll be there. If not, I might show up to watch a few runs.

yep, i just found out today. Only kept it 5 days then traded it.

 

Pretty sad to keep a car 5 days and trade it back in. lol I wish I had that kind of money!

 

Actually, he said he made some money on the deal. It's an interesting story but essentially he traded his used 335 for a new STI straight-up. Then 5 days later traded the STI at the book value of the 335 so he came out ahead.
