I don't think there were any cars in 2R, everyone showed up on street tires. The Evo definitely benefited from the wet/gravel course. Chris drove well, definitely getting the hang of the car.
Thanks guys. It took a couple spins early-on to figure it out though. It was an absolute blast to drive though.
Ken was on RS3's and the only one in "2R". His normal Hoosiers would have done him no good on that wet gravel. I still celebrated my faster time...even though it took rain and AWD grip to do it. Still, by afternoon, the RWD cars saw plenty of traction.
Despite the dry afternoon advantage, Hiromoto's FTD was impressive down there in the 37's.
