AMS Upper and lower IC pipe question

I would like to upgrade the IC pipes for now, then when/if i get a bigger turbo, i will get the AMS IC core.

A few questions about the AMS IC pipe kit:
1- Can i keep the stock air box with the Upper IC Pipe? (i know i need the small race battery)
2- Can i keep the stock BOV? (MR BOV)
3- Will both pipes bolt on to the stock IC core?
4- the AMS LICP picture shows it starting off smaller then getting larger in the middle, is this the case? so its not a full 2.5" pipe?

Thanks in advance

No its not a full 2.5"pipe. the stock outlet on the turbo is 2" we taper it up from there to 2.5". makes for easy install and makes great power

No you cannot keep your stock airbox with our upic pipe

Yes it will bolt to the stock core just perfect

You can keep your stock air box, BOV, and intercooler if you buy this version of the AMS upper pipe: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=117325 . I know because I have one

I just bought this too, I used to ahev the HELIX Lower ic pipe and that was a full 2.5 the whole way....but with the AMS it does seem to taper down.... When I install I will let you know of there is differnce, unless anyone else has some knowledge on the Helix vs AMS

Theres a thread stating fitment issues with the LICP. I was told this fits perfect, no fitment issues.

Should I assume there will be problems installing this?

Be careful not to over tighten the clamps on the AMS lower IC pipes. It is very thin and will bend if you tighten the clamps too much... Mine did...
