Does AMS do any counting throughout the year to verify inventory levels? Just asking because taking 2 days for a full physical inventory is expensive for you regarding labor and lost business. There are a couple other ways of controlling inventory throughout the year that can significantly help you reduce the risk of shrinkage and lost inventory, while saving you $$$.
I am not trying to be a pain in the butt here, I work for a major logistics firm in the inventory management department. Controlling inventory within a warehouse is what I do.

Retail always does them from the time the store closes till whenever its done. Being I work in the install bay at a circuit city, they come in at lets say 10pm...they usually dont leave till about 3 or 4 am...
