Yah i must say seeing a evo blast a low 1.4 60ft was GREAT! Eric is an interesting guy to say the least and the rest of the AMS crew were really kool/down to earth people. 9.7 is the fastest that track has seen from an evo and we owe it to u guys!! THX again for your time and answering my questions Eric. Hope u come back sometime soon and good luck in your future runs. THX AGAIN
Chris, Jones and Scott all tell me that they had a very warm welcome down in SA. Thank you very much for taking care of our guys with a little southern hospitality.
The car went down for some suspension testing primarily. Chicago weather doesn't like our local tracks right now. Some things went great, the 60Ft testing came back very well for a poorly prepped track. We did however have some shifting problems that we are going to diagnose in the upcoming week. All in all it was a good trip. We think with a few more tweaks the car has a much better pass in it.

Didn't make it out for Sunday but Saturday was certainly a rare opportunity for QAT-R and I to kick back with all the guys/gals from the shop. You know that's the first time I've actually heard one of those redneck announcers at SAR stop talking smack about anything that wasn't a pushrod and give an evo a little credit. The trailer makes for an excellent buffet style dining area btw guy
Thanks again for the chillaxed day
