When are you guys going to fix your website?

I've tried to order from your site before and had the same problem that I am having now. Essentially, it's not factoring shipping into the checkout and is calculating shipping cost as $0. We've had this problem in the past resulting in emails from your company asking me for more money day's after the fact or else I get refunded and no part.

Make no mistake, you have good products. However, I don't have time to spend on the phone to order my parts unless you add weekends and later evenings to your business hours, nor am I able to with where I work. When are you going to fix this glitch in your webstore?

there is nothing wrong with their website, I just ordered from it.

If you are talking about the shipping method being blank you can highlight it with your mouse and it will appear blue and show you the amount.....

On everything I've tried to order, it's never done that for me. Last time I corresponded with them they also told me that this was not an uncommon occurance either and were working on fixing this.

What? This is the first ive heard of this issue.. What are you exactly trying to purchase? I will look into it...

Far as i can tell their website uses javascript to determine what hidden field is selected for the shipping. I suppose if the said javascript fails no shipping type is selected and the 0 shipping thing may occur.

And if you do not know javascript is highly dependent on what browsers you use.

I of course can't see behind the scenes of their php product they are using to manage the website so this is merely my best guess as a web developer myself.
