This is the same thing Inline Pro is doing on the S2Ks. It will hold the power.

AMS - PLEASE DO THIS!

This is what I would buy - a solid rear mount made out of aluminum. I think the road racers and autocrossers out there would love to drop the weight, but don't necessarily need to handle 700-1000 whp.

Please let us know if the solid aluminum mounts will work with the stock rear diff. Thanks!!

I'm very interested, as per price though, I'll see how soon this would really get onto my car.

Great new product

badhabit and planet evo, you both know what I'd like to tell you so take it from there. Maybe the two of you can go out on a date.

AMS, nice idea. Looks great. If we ever break one I guess I'll be calling you So far so good though....

The mustache bar weighs exactly 15.9 pounds...........I won't clutter AMS's thread any further with details on that.

Nice job as always guys. See you this weekend.

Planet Evo,

Ams and Buschur have a good relationship. Your comments do not contribute anything substantive to this topic. You can praise AMS without saying anything negative about another shop.

We run a solid rear mount that deletes the mustache bar on our Time Attack Evo. It has a stock diff in it. I am not sure if there are plans to produce it but I am sure if there is enough interest, it will be done.

I can tell you that it makes a LOT of noise being solid mounted to the rear aluminum cross member. You hear EVERY bit of gear lash in the diff. I am sure it would be quieter on a car with an interior though.

Evomojo, again off topic on your part, where was his name ever mentioned? No where, he interjected it himself. So talk to David about it. Maybe he has a guilty concious. I don't know and I'm not his shrink. Maybe he is mad because he has to change his signature to NOT the quickest evo 8 anymore. Again I don't know what demons plague him.
So anyway, back to the original discussion, OK?
