Is AMS off meth?
It is my understanding that AMS no longer sells or supports meth kits. I could not find a meth kit on their web site. Has there ever been any explanation of this?

I don't believe they do this as a regular part of what they offer. I had my car with them a few months back and wanted them to do an install and he said it wasn't something they normally do now. I guess too many risky instances or sumthin.
Well,in my opinion, the logical explanation would be that if they do the install and tune and if something goes bad on a important alcohol kit component then the engine could possibly suffer costly breakdown.
It is not the matter of unexperience or being incompetent, I think they are the top tuners along with Buschur and a couple of others, maybe their system was never offered with a fail safe thus for liability purposes they did not want to mess with it but that is just me guessing.

Here is mention of the AMS Meth Kit. And again.
I'm not sure if it was an exclusive or a re-branded meth kit. In any case, I was just curious as to why AMS quite offering meth kits. No profit? Too much risk? Unreliable? Didn't look good under the hood? DEA?

Honestly, it would be hard to argue that the shurflow pumps looks good at all. They are too bulky and industrial looking pumps so at least under my own opinion the cosmethic issue is something hard to argue. That answers your last question.
The profit is definately there, I don't want to publically disclose prices because I don't want to hurt sales from the vendors but definately you can put a decent kit for a very affordable price.

AMS Does not sell any meth/water injection kits any longer. I am sure they will install/tune them but that is going to be the end user.
They are steering people towards running two maps, pump and race gas.
That is per a couple conversations that I had with Eric awhile back.
