Thumbs down No Printed Instructions?

ordered your guys oil cooler kit & was surprised when i found a card inside directing me to your website for instructions, rather than the nice printed directions with pictures ive grown used to when ordering your other products (FMIC, Fuel Surge Tank kit)

given its a pretty straightforward install for someone technically inclined, were i to suggest this product to a friend/customer with the expectation of them preforming a self install, i can be pretty sure im going to get a few phone calls asking for help

while i understand that ink & paper costs add up, i personally i thought it was a bit of a cheap way to cut costs given this products price & the fact it should have a decent profit margin

for someone like myself who does not have a printer at home, i now have to attach these oil cooler brackets in my nice clean office in front of the computer rather than in the garage, thanks guys

One benefit to this is that your instructions will always be the most current in case an update was needed. They can also be full color and zoomable.

1. Remove lines and oil cooler from stock cooler.
2. Install new lines and cooler using the bracket provided (it may bolt to stock location)

As Frostytou said,

The biggest reason we are moving towards the online instructions was to be able to update the instructions with new information at any time to make installations as easy as possible for the customer.

Please feel free to send me a PM and I can print out the instructions and send them to you if you would like.
