Is AMS doing a 2011 Autobahn Event??

 

Unfortunately at this time the 2011 schedule is not finalized yet but I will keep you informed on the Autobahn event as plans are figured out

 

Awesome.. Let me know, this year I'll go as long as it doesn't fall on any wedding date.

 

Last year was a good clean event! A bit hot; but that's how it goes in July.

One of the guys I instructed was some old Russian guy with a SUV. Dude put a beat-down on those tires too!

You guys need to set something up at Road America again. And this time allow passengers for the intermediate and advanced groups.

 

we will be doing another Autobahn track day this year. We are working out dates now. Most likely in june/July

I'm liking June... Something that's not 95 degrees! Last July was brutal.

 

Looks like Sunday June 5th we are a lock for Autobahn South course.

I should be able to make that, will be about 2 weeks after Watkins Glen and enough time to recover. I do remember that last year there were a couple incidents where people went off track but that is part of tracking your car. Just be sure to prep as much as you can in advance and ensure brakes are strong and properly cooled for that course.
