A-Pillar Pod...

Just wondering if you guys still have the Autometer A-Pillar 3 Gauge Pods in stock. If so I will swing by and pick one up from you....BUT...I want to know if you ever found a correct color grey to match the EVO interior.

I almost forgot...do you have the HKS SSQ Recirc kits in stock too?

Please let me know!
Thanks

yes we have one in stock. but I have not yet researched a proper color to paint it. I have been told that autozone/pepbpys carries one but I have not personally checked.

Ok...cool...I could always have a guy I know come and color match it for me....but he is always expensive...but then again...I wouldn't be driving an EVO if everything I wanted wasn't! LOL Is the Autometer A-Pillar a layover and screw down thing or a WHOLE replacement with mounting tabs like the factory item?

What about the HKS SSQ Recirc kits? I'll take one of each and pick them up friday!

autometer is a cover, screws through the stock pillar. Looks pretty good, am waiting on gauges to install it. Debating on whether I should try to color match the other pillar or just paint the other pillar black to match the gauge pod. Think I'll go with the latter as it is much easier to match black than light grey.

Well that's not cool. I seriously think the screw on overlays suck. Someone must make a piece that is a direct replacement and not a screw on. Anyone???

im am sorry for the late response. just so you guys know we are very very busy at the shop as of late and we are lucky if we get to check this site once a day. We are not intentionally ignoring this forum we just have to take care of all the walk in traffic we are having lately.

Yes we do have an HKS recirc kit in stock $40

the best way to get a quick response to a question is to call me directly at 847 709-0530. if not it might be the majority of a day before one of us can answer your questions.

As for the screw on yeah they suck. I believe there is some carbon fiber full replacements somewhere for around 275 or so, so I went with buying two screw in type and custom molding it. Then paint them the blackish-grey color to match the dash, and whlel your at it do the tweeter the way it should be done. Pics to come soon.

I think everyone is a cover over stock. This sucks I want one that gets rid of the stock one as well. If I find anything I will post it for sure.
