I notice the cam gears are optional... $215 Fidanza or $385 HKS cam gears....any reason Id go with one or the other?

fidanza has 5 mount points, HKS has 3. Some say the more mounting points the safer. However if you don't tighten the fasteners enough either one will come loose. I'd use thread lock on them after you have them dialed in. Both will yield the same power results, only difference I would say would be in the weight. I'd go with the fidanza the price is right, use the extra $ for a fuel pump

Sorry for the late response. Honestly the only real difference is one is purple and has a pretty HKS logo on it

You are buying the HKS name with there cam gears. I have the findanza gears and IMO they are a better build than the HKS ones,ive seen them they look pretty. 5pt lockdown or 3 pt, I take the 5 any day

 

well I am a sucker for pretty colors...... , but as long as their are no major differances between the HKS, Fidanza, Vishnu or UR....I guess its the cheaper the price the better
