Yes you will need the DP that comes with the kit, the kit is also the only way to buy the components in the kit, it cannot be bought in pieces.

can they be bought seperatly? like I have your lower ic pipe and it comes in the kit...etc...?

so I can lose the UR downpipe... is the intake mandatory or can you use any open element? And is the 4" only for the EMS?

The lower intercooler pipe that is included in the kit is not the same as the one you already bought . You can sell that as well as the UR downpipe. Any open element air filter will do the job as long as you don't have the AEM intake filter because the big mounting bracket gets in the way. The 4" inlet pipe is specifically for EMS cars and comes with it's own 4" filter element.

Great Kit but I think you would sell more if you did not have to buy everything a lot of Evo owners already have a turbo back exhaust. I could understand the downpipe but not the whole exhaust system. One more question what engine management do you run with these kits?

How hard is it to install one of your turbo kits. Also, can they be installed without any major modifications to the car, or is this a bolt on kit. What's the full price w/ engine management and injectors?

Those are packages for people who want to buy it all, it has been available as just a turbo kit for 3 weeks now.

The management that you run is going to depend on how far you plan to go with your car. For the normal pump gas racer who never plans on exceeding the 19 psi barrier there is no reason to run more than an AFC-II and set of injectors with a walbro pump. Even for the guy who wants to push between 450 and 500whp that setup should be fine. Now if you are looking to extract the true hp/tq potential from the kit we suggest a standalone such as the AEM EMS. We will soon be offering these bundled with the turbo kit, these will also be available with a map to get you starteed on the tuning. Pricing for this bundle will be on the webpage hopefully by the end of the week.

Very true, the UTEC is a good offering for those of you looking for more control than the AFC/Emanage but don't want to commit to the EMS.
