I have a 2012 Lancer AWC SE 2.4L, I am currently running aftermarket rims. The garage shop had installed lug nuts but they have gotten rusty.
I am currently looking to get new lug nuts, below is a side comparison of my current chrome lug nuts and black lug nuts I ordered off amazon. They are both 12mm x 1.5, but the black look significantly smaller...Any insight if they will fit? If not, what do you recommend? I believe Acorn/Conical would be the way to go?
As long as they're same thread size and hold the rim against the rotor, you should be good. Obviously if you put them on and they just slide through the holes in the rim without making contact they aren't going to work.
