Tune and upgrade path?

Tune and upgrade path?
Normally I would do a bunch of my own research and figure stuff out myself but I have little time to be spent browsing the net for answers. <--- Currently in Flight School and the majority of my time is spent studying. So here are a few questions I have and a history of what has been done to the car so far.

and tune by the now defunkt TTP.
I have a Dyno graph showing the TQ and HP cure w/ boost if that helps.
My plans where to get a FMIC upgrade, head studs, and replace the cracked HKS mani with something.
But since fuel prices have gone up I was lookig to get the car tuned on E-85 since it is 50 cents less a gallon than premium. So my questions are will a set of ID 1000's be good enough for E-85 and are there any supporting mods I should complete before hand. Also correct me if I am wrong in the upgrade process. I was thinking headstuds should be next as I am supposed to be putting down 390HP and 389 TQ.
