you were fired on Sunday, Oct. 3rd. You car was ready for pickup on Monday, Oct 4. You called me and said you were coming to get it. I told you I will stay late and help you drop the engine in. Also, Giovanni was supposed to come in to have his clutch checked that same night. Well, both of you did not show up. Next day you told Moe that you were coming in again, and I told you to come at 7pm, after business hours. You did not show up. I never heard back from you until this Monday. This Monday, Oct. 11, we talked and I told you to give me a call and we will get the car out. I never heard back from YOU again. I had a missed phone call on my CELLPHONE at 10-11pm on FRI night. If you call me on the company phone during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, I will talk to you. But I do not have to take phone calls on my cell phone at 11pm on Fri night, unless I want to. Same for yesterday, Oct 16th. We were busy doing a clutch, and Saturday is by appointment ONLY. You never called ME to setup an appointment to pickup your car. Again, on days off, we are not answering phone calls. I would not stop doing the clutch for a customer from out-of-state; he had his appointment set 1 week ago. Also, your car is in the far back, one Evo was getting his springs done on the floor. Also, your engine is out. You do not expect me to stop everything on the customer’s car and start moving cars out???
If you called the cops, I am sure they will be glad to hear the details.

I was nice enough to offer my help the first two days. Now, I will not allow you to work on your car in the shop.

Also, the car is not leaving until:

1. I get the Autometer boost gauge back (the gauge that was for the white 300zx, but you gave to your Honda friend).
2. front and rear stock brake pads that you borrowed.
3. you give us the driveshaft rear part...

So as you can see, I am not being an ***, this is our right to determine when we are open and closed. Call us on Monday at 12pm, and we will setup time to get it out. Again, we will not allow you to work on your own car on our property.

First of all bro, the blue car is MY CAR! I'm sure everyone knows that. Secondly, I promised doug that i wouldn't let anybody touch his stuff... And UNTILL THIS DAY I have kept to my words. Eventhough when charlie was talking about taking stuff for shanes car, I watched that friggin car like a guard dog, I DO NOT apreciate people accusing me of taking doug's things without permission. I DO HAVE his AEM, And his BOV and everybody knows that. RYAN, IHATEPORSCHE, TODD, they were all there that day when i was testing it out on my car. I'm not a thief, i wouldn't do doug like that. I really don't apreciate it getting involved in this. Do I work there? YES I DO. Do i make all these decisions? NO I DO NOT! I'm just trying to pay for my dam car, and live my life. This is a bunch of horsecrap. I haven't done $#!T to anybody. Matt, I'm disapointed in you, you never even called me to find out for yourself weather or not i took his "INTERCOOLER" Thanks, for being a good "friend". It seems like not everyone knows how to read and know the difference between a Perrin and a HKS intercooler. Perrin has a Perrin badge on the passenger side end tank. HKS has a HKS Logo on the top. I guess your source can't read english.

WTF, why dont you come and see for yourself. Moe has Perrin, and Doug's HKS is locked in the 2nd room, exactly where he left it. And he is glad I left it there, because otherwise would end up on Shanes car, just like the DNP manifold form the green 2G Eclipse...

I just sopke to George and he is threatening to throw Doug's s$$t out on the street. Doug is on his way right now to hopefully get his car. This is BS. I have had so many good times with the shop and I truelly don't understand this kind of behavior. WHEN YOU FIRE SOMEONE THE ARE ENTITLED TO BELONGINGS. For the last time, please give my friend his car. It shouldn't have gone this far. Doug just wanted to leave in peace. This is insane and extremelt unappropriate. George you were so helpful to me when my car was f***ed up. What happened? This is wrong and I hope it will finally be over after today.

Nobody gives a crap about who has what, Doug simply wants his car

 

Moe I have always thought of you as a great guy. You can be disappointed in me all you want, my employment is not at risk. Your own co workers are the one who are telling us all this stuff so you might want to speak with them first. Why would they make it up? George made a call to someone and thought he hung up and guess what you and George were saying a lot of BS about him and Doug. It all recorded on his voice mail. Don't focus on me, but remember who your true friends are. If you still want to act like you are innocent then fine, but a recorded phone call says it all.

 

The car is leaving because it is his not yours. The guage was one of your customers so you can call him. You authorized Doug to do whatever he did when the drive shaft broke so it is your problem. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS. You gave him those pads and you you want them back. That is awesome. You paid 700 for the rebuild on Shane's tranny and charged him for a new one, awesome. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasome. How bout you give Doug his property and WE will be out of your life.

this is not the first time i hear about somehting like this. My friend ordered a Gialla hood from the a couple of months ago. He called and said they had it in stock and they were shipping it out as soon as they can. Then waited a couple of weeks for it - called and they said that they never had one in stock. Next thing you know - he saw that the Boost Solutions red evo - was wearing that CF hood

Matt, I don't have a problem with anybody. I never said i was innocent, nobody is. People talk $#IT all the time. I never talked bad about ANYBODY! and you're right my employment IS at risk. I don't care about what happens now, if i get fired fine, so be it, if not fine so be it. I just don't want to be apart of all of this crap. Have a nice day, and see you soon!

I wasn't trying to upset anyone, I just wanted Doug to get his car. Doug is your friend and I thought I was too. I'm glad it is almost over and Doug is there. I had to have my boys back so if I offended you, it was not intentional. Hopefully we can get together and laugh about this drama.
