Does ANYONE know how to contact Boost Solutions?

I've been trying to call them the past 3 days, and there's never an answer, it just rings and rings....I need to cancel an order and get my $$ back, and I can't get through to them. Since I am desperate, I'm down to my last resort - the 'Net.

I am NOT happy with them, and as I see here in this forum, I am not alone with these frustrations. I placed an order with them on Aug. 29 for an HKS Carbon Ti exhaust and still haven't received it. If I hadn't been on vacation and endured multiple hurricane weekends and other various distractions, I would've cancelled my order a long time ago. Besides, every time I called them to ask about it after I waited 1 month, they were nice and polite and told me it was coming. They even offered me online coupons to future orders. So, I figured they'll come through. Besides, like I said, I've been so busy lately, I really haven't had much time to think about it.

So, if anyone knows how to contact them other than the 770-904-2644 phone number that they advertise, please let me know.

FYI, South FL people: Racing Zone Auto House in Tampa hooked me up. I ordered this exhaust from them yesterday, and it's in my garage right now as I'm typing this. Randy was super cool and after my B.S. experience, Racing Zone Auto House is like the best place ever in my mind......

If you used a credit card for the purchase, call the card's customer service and cancel/dispute the charge.

Hate to say it but I would dispute it ASAP. My friend stopped by there this morning to see about some parts that were ordered and noone was there. As a matter of fact many of the customer cars were sitting outside and the offices had looked like they were emptied of all computers. I am just so glad that I was able to get my car from there this last weekend before they pulled this crap. I feel really sorry for the individuals who's cars are still there and have still outstanding orders with B.S. as it seems it will be them who suffer the most.

I used AMEX. It was ordered Aug 29, and I did pay that charge already......I wonder if I can still dispute the order? Probably not I'm thinking.....Since I haven't even spoken to the vendor yet, I'm hoping that I can talk to them and we can resolve this matter like humans.

I just got off with my CC Company and they told me that you are entitled to dispute the charge even if you've paid for it already. so just call them up and see what happens.

You deffinately can dispute it, and win. They would have to show proof of shipment/recipt of shipment. Also, it looks like AMEX may have a hard time contacting these jokers, and in that case you get your refund. I have delt with these issues before, and no one backs up their customers like AMEX.
