Does the pull-to-push conversion help reduce the load on the main bearings when the clutch is pressed?

 

It all depends which pressure plate you choose. One of them is a stock load pressure plate, and the other one is a bit stiffer. So the stiffer will be a bit harsher on the bearings, but not as much as the ACT.
