Did you see the power curve for Manuel’s car? It definitnely needs help. Since he paid you $500 for a custom tune I would expect better. Manuel’s car makes noise under the car and something is not right. Talk to Andrew at Dyno4mance and he will tell you about how car felt on the DYNO. You are putting his car on your website and you have done with extensive mods and AEM EMS tunning but the car isn't right. The only way you can gain respect of EVO owners is to fix his car and improve his power curve. I have bought products from Boost Solutions in the past and I am happy with service but the problem with Manuel car is very sad. My mail dynoflash has a far better curve. Does your AEM EMS tunning cover 100% satisfaction guarantee like DYNOFLASH does because for the good of your business you should fix Manuel’s car or refund the tunning charge.

Hi Snoop, hi guys. I've contacted George via email, I'm hopefull that Boost Solutions will work out something with me to get my car sorted out..... I'm really not into these internet fights and I think that almost everybody wants to have things resolved in a win-win manner. I guarantee you that if my car was running right and making the power I expected, the tone of all these posts would be different indeed

I can be patient so I'm willing to wait for George's response to my letter. Let's see what happens. Maybe everything will work out OK and we can all go back to bragging about our cars and our vendors. I'm tired of the mud slinging and ad hominem attacks. Unfortunately, not everybody is polite and fair like Snoop and the other more mature ppl

Hey Ryno how are those new tires treating you? I want to see you run that time. Do you have any slip and at what track was it at. Also Ryans hp numbers where on a Dyno Dynamics not a Dynapak Which is the only other type of AWD dyno in GA.
I know last time when we met your car was not running correctly with the cams and Safc when I gave you the tires you said it was running ruff. Come on to the dragstrip and lets see what all our cars can do.

MYEVOVIII - The tires are great. Thanks again for the cheap price and you saved me plenty of money. I ran back to back 12.4s @113 this last Sunday at Silver Dollar in Reynolds. I showed up late in the afternoon and missed the registration so I did not compete and just did the test and tune runs. I sent my ecu out last month and had Al at Dynoflash give me a very conservative tune for my mods and the cars runs very well right now. I have an afc but it is zeroed out and I will tune it to squeeze a little more power out of her. I'll be there on the 19th.

Ryno great to here you got it all sorted out.Good to hear you went with a Dynoflash I am sure it runs super smooth now.To bad you where not able to make it to the dyno day. I would of liked to see what it would have put down compared with the Vishnu cars. Glad you where able to buy those tires from me I was in big time need of the cash. Hope to see you on June 19th but you might be suprised at the track most Evo's with you level of mods are only running high 12's. I think the elavation plus the track conditions play a huge part in it's slower times than Silver Dollar. Best of luck if you wanna post the slips that's cool see you then. Man I cant wait to see the Evo's kicking *** at the track.

I left silver dollar at 3PM and ran 13.2 ET with cat at 12:30Pm when it was hot. There was another dynoflash evo there that was running 12.81 at 108MPH with AEM intake, turboback,no cat, no sunroof, no spare tire and race gas.

Good times considering the weather. I think your intercooler help big time in the hot weather. I hope to break 13 seconds soon but believe I will need to use a test pipe and race gas 110 or 116 so I can turn boost up to get the extra 2 tenths of second I need. All the dynoflash cars did really well. I trapped 106MPH with my mods and another EVO trapped 108MPH and you did 113MPH. Based on the mods we have done the traps speeds are pretty good


( Buschur exhaust, Buschur intake, Buschur FMIC w/ piping, HKS 272 cams, Crower valve springs and retainers, ARP head studs, 660 injectors, Walboro fuel pump, HKS evc 5, and Dynoflash. )

Whats up Snoop...here's my 2 fastest timeslips from Sunday. I'll be there on the the 19th and hopefully I can improve on my times.

Actually, that data is incorrect. Ryan's max value was 22psi, which is in reality less than silverevo8. I was compiling all the graphs at the dyno day, and silverevo8 was running 24psi from 3800rpm to 5200rpm, where it eventually tapers to 21psi at fuel cut.

Unfortunately, I don't have Ryan's graphs here with me at the moment.

I do, however, have my car !!!without cams!!! tuned on a XEDE. I've done an overlay with my car and silverevo8's car. My boost taps 21psi for just a bit, then tapers to around 17psi. This is my PUMP gas map, btw. If I used my race gas map, you'd see my max whp value of 279.2, which would be even more convincing. The XEDE cars used less boost and were tuned much more conservatively regarding boost, but still with very safe A:F ratios and no knocking. Here is my graph and silverevo8's in an overlay if any proof was required. I'm red, he's blue. 93 octane, baby! In the second graph, the air:fuelscale is on the left, while boost is on the right. If I had cams like Ryan or silverevo8 do, there'd be a lot more midrange in my car. As you can see, my XEDE tuned car makes its best power where it matters the most for acceleration, in the high end where the car lands when you upshift.

The point? Hamburgers, while costing less, can still taste a heck of a lot better than pork chops while running a lot less boost!

Hey Noize, thanks for posting those overlays.... What is very readily apparent is that my car is running rich off the scale.... There is no way that the car can make power like that. Also, the curve does not look right in some respects. This reflects pretty much what the 1/4 mile times and trap speeds would suggest.

my car was falling flat and losing power pretty much in line with the A/Fs going richer and richer. I'm sure that the car is "safe" at practically any boost with fuel dumping like that , Unfortunately, that is not the best way to make power..... With the mods I have in the car, I would expect close to 300whp with pump gas.....

Well, George is going to look at the car again and hopefully get it sorted out. Right now the car is at the body shop getting repaired from the accident I had May 2, unfortunately it developed some sort of problem while at the body shop and it's not starting. However, George is going to go there and take care of that problem as well (thanks George). Anyway, let's all see what happens next and try to keep cool heads and stay off the flame throwers. Fair is fair and although I was very frustrated and discouraged with the previous attempts, I have to give George and Boost Solutions another chance to make things right. For my sake and theirs, I hope George succeeds
