Thumbs up Thanks for the clutch install!

Thanks to another professional install by Boost Solutions I turned my quickest quarter mile run to date Friday night at Commerce (Atlanta Dragway). In the sport compact challenge I turned a 12.77. Thanks to Doug, George and the rest of the crew at Boost Solutions I am having a great time with my new Cusco twin disk clutch.

Hi Terry, I am glad you like the Cusco

12.77 is REALLY good for your turboback/intake/HKS intake/boost controller.
And you were not running much boost, it was only 20psi or so...

That time is wicked fast for no fuel management, and especially in this heat. Congratulations!

Hi Snoop, how is Cali? San Diego?

Terry's car is quick. But he is so busy racing it, that I doubt he will respond to this post. Look that is only his 3rd post in 1 year

Keep up the good job, Terry!!!

Hey Snoop,

My 60 on that run was a 1.792, I have been as quick as 1.733 but that was with less air in my tires. Hope things are going good for you. I may see what Katina can do in it Friday night, since in her Mustang she beat the times I had turned with the Mustang.

Did you up the boost to 23psi like you did before to run the 12.8? Just curious and keep driving hard!!

The air quality wasn't good enough to run that much boost. I actually had to lower the boost Friday night to run faster. I suppose it was picking up some knock when I tried to push the boost so it ran slower. Running lower boost and quicker time is why I credited the clutch for the improvement.

Yes, but I had told Katina she could run my car Friday night. They are not running the points this Friday. I am trying to get her away from her Mach 1 and into an Evo, so maybe we can have two Evo's.
