Hey guys, i have a complaint about an order i made..
Hey, my name is Atul Pachori and over a month ago i placed an order for Defi BF Boost and EGT gauges with the accompanying control unit II. I also bought a greddy turbo timer with harness. When i placed the order i made sure to ask if you had all the parts in stock, i recieved a yes and went ahead and placed my order. So now over a month later i have yet to recieve the products, i have called numerous times and blame was placed on the harness for the turbo timers being on back order. Meanwhile, my good friend ordered the same turbo timer with the same harness from another vendor and recieved his in 5 days. I dont mean to be a bother, but this is getting a little out of hand on the delay.

It's over 3 weeks for control unit II but I still didn't get it and I confirmed but they even sent it.
When I made the order over the phone they never mention about stock. They said like everything on stock.
How come never let us know for delay? and every time I call you guys always say will ship this Friday but 3 Fridays never ship.
Please let the customer know about stock before place order.

Don't worry, i placed an order on August 19, 2004 for a ATS carbon disc to replace one of mine. I was told that the disc take 4-5 days to be in the shop. After several calls(more than 15) and after left some messages, my call was never answer with an especific day of when they expect to received the disc. All this time waiting without using my car.
What I did is I placed an order on another store.
