I saw a Black 03 Ralliart on Bathgate Rd in Richmond around 6pm. A 03 White or Silver Lancer heading up 20th St in New West at around 6:20pm, and a 04 Sportback on TransCanada at about 6:30pm just before the Port Mann.

Anyone?
