I couldn't find a place to post this, but I just want to leave great feedback for Mike W at RRE.

I talked to Mike over the phone on Thursday of last week, and told him about my troubles with a local shop ordering a pulley in from RRE.

I pretty much almost gave up on my local shop, and just ordered an underdrive pulley directly from RRE.

The Pulley came in today after only 7 days! (to Edmonton Canada).

The local shop finally got their pulley in after 7 weeks!

Although I have two pulleys now, Mike was okay with me returning 1 of the pulleys.

However, since my girlfriend (smartie) just recently got a 06 Lancer RA, I'm just going to put the extra pulley in her ride!

Everything all works out, and Mike & RRE was a pleasure to deal with!
I'm definetely going to be ordering more parts from RRE in the future.

 

Yeah RRE/RRM have one of the best customer service around!
