There are people departing from both Calgary and Edmonton
(and some other places). The official time that the Calgary and Edmonton
crews will meet is:

10:00am at Gasoline Alley, east side McDonald's parking lot.

If you are from Edmonton, read below for departure times from this city.

EDMONTON:
There are two possible meeting areas:

North side:

Where: Tim Hortons in the strip mall on 82nd st and 130ave
When: 7:45 am
Departure Time: 8:00 am

Instructions: At 8:00am, cruise down Wayne Gretzky Drive to Whitemud, get onto Calgary Trail to IKEA, where the people departing from the South Side will be waiting.

South side:

Where: IKEA in South Edmonton Common
When: 8:30 am
Depart Time: When the people departing from the North Side arrive.

Instructions: Leave as a group to Gasoline Alley to meet up with the
people who are coming from Calgary!

If you are from Calgary, read below for the departure time from this city.

CALGARY:

Where: Deerfoot Mall (the main entrance on the north side, coming in by 64th Ave)
When: 8:30 am
Depart Time: When all members have arrived

Instructions: Leave as a group to Gasoline Alley to meet up with the
people who are coming from Edmonton!

EDMONTON & CALGARY members will all meet in
GASOLINE ALLEY at 10:00AM @ MCDONALD'S EAST SIDE
We will then all leave to SYLVAN LAKE when everyone has arrived!

and what they will be bringing to the meet.




The official list will be PM'd to all who are attending as we did not want
to post cell numbers publicly on the site. The official list will contain
all cell numbers of every member attending so that nobody gets left
behind, or incase of an emergency. Also, if you have a two-way radio,
please bring them along as we will keep them all on the same frequency
to be able to communicate with eachother throughout the trip.

NOTE: UPDATED MEET UP POINT @ 10:00am.

If we leave out of gasoline alley (east side), we will have to yield back into traffic, and go through 2 intersections to get back on highway 2.

To avoid breaking our huge convey up, I have changed the location on the 1st page to Tim Hortons East of Highway 2. Just exit onto highway 11 EAST(David Thompson Highway).


This is also better because to get to Sylvan Lake we have to take highway 11.
