The best snow tires I have had on any car are Blizack WS-50's. They are better then X-ice or anything else out there. The only problem with them is they wear fast in warm weather so make sure you put them on when its cold and take them off as soon as it gets hot out.

Also, the narrower the wheel the better for snow tires.

I go to Bramalea Tire in Brampton, they basically supplie the GTA with most of their tires so they have the best prices. Their service is very very good too.

that place on green lane is called Green Bay Tires or something - hear about it a lot and i've been there a few times to change over tires... decent prices.

That's riduculas i'm getting the winterforce tires on monday $75 each (Subaru Group Buy) and I bought steelies for $160 all four so (Ad In The Paper) brand new =$460 for the parts plus the cost to install them which I should be able to find for a decent price. PM me if you want a link

^ wow those are pretty good prices.

I just got mine mounted on last weekend, cost me 8 bills for 4 TOYOs and 15" steel rims. I figure they're last me a few winters so might as well go for some good ones.
