Importing a '92 Evo GSR
Hi there,
I'm looking at importing a 1992 Evo I GSR in the next week here and was wondering about a thing or two.
Headlights: Are there dot/sae approved headlights for the Evo I available? I'm sure I could modify the Honda Accord headlights (or something) like the Skyline owners have to now. Though it would be nice to have a set of headlights that shine correctly for LHD roads.
Other than that any input regarding issues not covered would be great.

EVO I-III lighting is NOT "DOT/SAE" compliant... the early EVO's were Japanese market only and didn't need to be.
There is no need to try to retrofit anything as we (North America) had a car that was almost identical ( but gutless as a turkey at thanksgiving) and all body panels as well as lighting are a direct swap.
