Search EvoDave. He does all the light mod stuff and sh*t. Does really awesome job!
1. Take them off the car.
2. Pack them up real nice.
3. Send them to Evodave.
4. Give Evodave some money.
5. Post some pics of your sweet new lights when you get them back

vinyl..
I guess I'll introduce myself while I'm posting here...
Currently living in Kitchener.. prior to that was in Sauga for 12 yrs... drive an '06 Ralliart... now back on topic.
I hate ebay for car related purchases (most of the time) and I sure as hell don't know very much about vinyls/tinting but from what I've been reading it seems like a little skill and some vinyl will get you a decent result. So my question is, what about something like this vinyl off of ebay:

How does this compare to the other vinyl you're waiting on?

The vinyl is in!!! If you need anything doen in the GTA area let me know, and i'll get the guy to come on here and set ya'll up. 
In regards to your question about the ebay vinyl, it looks ok for a picture. Just be prepared to take your time, and work out all of the little bubbles or it'll look crappy
