Just purchased an OEM White CF Evo 8 wing from another forum member. I also have a CF trunk from VIS racing and plan to install the wing to go for a complete CF look.
My plan is to remove the paint from the tips and have the complete wing recleared. Any suggestions on paint removal ? I know there are some chemicals out there that allow for this, but also want to take precaution as I do not want to damage the CF.

id suggest getting a body shop to wet sand the paint off, and if they mess up u can make them pay for a new one.

wetsand, either DIY or body shop. might want to clearcoat the whole wing again after the paint has gone off

 

Yeah I planned to have it completely recleared after paint removal
