i always see/read stories like this on here about getting hit from behind, is this due to that the evo stops so fast that other cars cant in time, or just the other drivers stupidity or both?

 

this time is not because the evo stop so fast and im driving hard cause still on brake in period and dont step on the break hard. what happen is, i stop my evo, the rav 4 also stop behind me and the ford hit the rav 4 rear and the rav 4 hit my back. the rav 4 and ford and was towed cause they cant be drive anymore. when i check the two cars. the rav 4 rear was really out of shape cause the half of the spare tire house and the whole rear bumper was really crash. for the ford the half of the hood was bend for i what saw the radiator and the engine might be hit to. i think its just the stupidity.

 

whos paying for your damages? the ford or the rav4, or both?

 

my agent told me its the rav 4. i dont know if the rav4 will also claim on the ford what they pay to may damages.

 

i guess unfortunate for the ford and rav4 without brembos

 

Looks like your exhaust got bent... they should write you the check from insurance and you should get an ams cat back rather than stock

 

That sucks dude, there are far too many idiots on the road who tailgate like no tomorrow. The rear bumper seem to hold up pretty well from your pic.

Glad you're okay-personally, I'd skip the CF trunk (other tread-sorry). Maybe get a nice wing out of the deal-or a front lip somehow....but I have the RR too...and I'm just not sold on the CF with the RR fenders-gl on the ins!
