~~ Brokered Lancer / EVO Purchasing + Upgrade Program in the works

Low level talks with *some Mitsu Dealers, *some vendors, and other parties have risen to higher level discussion and given birth to the idea of a brokered Purchase deal at least for the GTA. To take that one step further, people will be able to upgrade at the time of purchase certain performance characteristics and alot of cosmetic stuff both non OEM and possibly Future OEM (fingers crossed). The performance modifications that i just mentioned will be Warranty compliant mods, basic bolt ons.

The added bonus to this program is that factory equiped - 0 km used parts will be made available for purchase at reduced pricing, which will work to bring down costs to those who look to replace, repair or maintain parts on their car. A great example will be tire, If a user choose to upgrade their tires, the OEM rubber comes off, aftermarket goes on, the OEM rubber can be purchased at recuded price. Brakes are another example

More advanced Ideas have been floated around, here is one of them...Now for items that make dealers scream no no no, there maybe hope but it will be on a case by case basis and may limit your Warranty. I am completely randomly making up an example. But say you had your car Pre-Tuned (after the breaking in period of course) This may reduce your warranty cover period. You can bet your *** that any company will not want to be on the hook for something that can potentially reduce the life of their product. Now no serious talks have occured yet for this more serious stuff, but at this point everyone doesnt have a problem with listening to ideas.

Just wanted to put that out there and get feed back from everyone, especially the EVO GUYS
