Cheated by windsor mitsubishi dealer
3 days?? I had the car for 4 months, I dun wanna cancel the deal, I just need that $5000 back
i bought my car from windsor mitsu as well, but with no problems at all, in fact they gave me the best deal, got me the colour i wanted, car was clean, plated , everything done correctly, all my numbers matched what i made the deal at is what i ended up paying, so i don,t know if anything has changed, but i feel bad for you, you could always contact omvic, but the time lasp might have passed

prob seen you be4 on the road,
this happen to me long time ago when i was going to trade in my evo for a new eclipse...ya i duno what i was thinking... trade in price at that time for evo was 25k and eclipse was only 22k at the time but i still owe like 15k on my evo...when everything was done and said and im about to sign the paper work...somehow the eclipse came out to 38k! after trade in!!....im like wait a minute and walked straight out
I just got the 1st letter from the loaning bank stating my loan term is 94 month!!!!!! 530*94 , and I own $40090,DK how they do he math, but simply I paid 58000 for my evo GSR.
I'll definitly go talk with the dealer after my exam about all these ????s,if they can't give me a happer answer, I'll write to the mitsubishi headquarter. Hope it'll work out.

I had a friend there with me when I discussed the deal with the sales manager.
Everything was all fine, I made a deal of 530/month for 60 months for trading-in
my old 03 eclipse ($18000) with no dicount on EVO, but on the paper of my
loaning bank sent to me, it says I loaned for 400xx CAD,after my calculation with
the monthly payment, it's a 80 months terms loan. I think I was fooled by them
again~~~ I clearly made sure when I sign my papers, it's 60 months term, and
the numbers are all correct.
DK how this happened, I w'll figure it out after my final exam.
If I find out it's some kinda dirty work they are doing, I'll let everyone know.

with your interests in mind.
One stop might be the provincial Consumer Protection department
A loans officer at your bank branch might be able to help sort through the
differences between your understanding of the deal and what went down
on paper.
I'm not sure whether the finance side of automobiles is within their scope,
but another resource might be the Automobile Protection Agency. Phil Edmunston,
the author of Lemon-Aid is a long-time campaigner for consumer rights.
One of these organizations may be able to suggest legal counsel who could
give you an idea of your remedies. Sometimes nothing more than a letter from
a lawyer can set restitution in motion.
Despite the time since the purchase, get started tomorrow morning.
.
I can't believe you guys. How can you sit there in finance, with the contract right in front of you and not READ it. Did you just sign by the X's as they distracted you with their 'I'm your best friend' b.s. small talk? That piece of paper is more important than the car. It represents the hours/days/weeks you will have to work at your job (you most likely despise), every month for 4-6 yrs to drive a car. You should sit there, slow the sale process, and make them explain at least most of those numbers to you. Even at the risk of offending them, make them prove they are not screwing you.
My vote is to consider enlisting the help of knowledgeable local people
with your interests in mind.

Thank you very much for your advice
Glad to help.
Another thought is that there may be a media ombudsman in your vicinity.
In Edmonton, one such resource is Global TV's Trouble Shooter. A TV personality
whose assignment is to look into consumer complaints with a view to
bringing about some kind of satisfactory resolution for cases where
wrongs occured.
