got my 2008 lancer gts dynoed weekend past... she only put down 135whp, 155T.. i was really disapointed with this... i got the greddy tic exhaust.. rrm sri, rrm pully...

so would headers.. or a possible ecu tune really make a difference..

Probably not.

It might get you to like 145 whp.

If you want to make power, boost it.

Unless done right, any gains you might have is primarily a peak power gain at the expense of low and mid range throttle response and maybe some torque loss to boot. A tune would best optimize that which you already have but whether it's worth it is up to you.

Coming from AWD cars, these 2WD numbers are actually pretty high. One particular stock GC8 2.5RS Impreza had 165HP at the crank but could only muster up 96AWHP on a Mustang IIRC. So your mods might have made a bit of a difference already or Mitsu underrates them or you have a factory freak.

if 155 is your TQ number I would say thats pretty decent. i think it looks lie a good run.

You should ignore your HP numbers ans focus more on your TQ figures since they are a real benchmark of your cars power. at least in regards to a Lancer and EVO
