seen, i mustve missed the part where he said he'll take legal action.

but wtf, what legal action is there to take. its not as if we were making money by copying the name, and if he wants to get all legal and ****, our name isnt even the same as theirs.

A word of free advise. It doesnt matter what your name is. If someone wants to stake claim to it fine. Change it to something else. If you are just starting the name is irrelevant. From what infamous is saying to me when we spoke. If its about unifying then, make the change so you do not clash and go against one of your primary / fundamental goals.

I think the only legal power he has is if you stole the whole name.

I could go open a coffee shop named Tom Houstons and get away with it. There's no legal case against something bearing a similar name I'm sure.
