Experiences buying stuff from www.mitsubishiparts.net?

Just wondering if any Canadians have bought stuff from www.mitsubishiparts.net, how was the shipping time, custom duties...overall experience?

search for their vendor thread here in evom. i dealt with russel, a rep from mitubishiparts. hes okay. i would make sure to confirm your orders with him to avoid misunderstanding. they deal with lots of customers on here alone so yeah. if the item status says unavailable or not instock, you will have to wait a couple of weeks longer. i got it shipped to my address in bc and didnt pay for any duties. also, ask for promotions as they have it once in a while. gl

I've ordered from Russell 3 times now and he is great to deal with. Never have to pay customs and always get my stuff in around a week. Highly recommend

They are fast in shipping. I ordered my all-season carpet with them and got it within a week. No need to pay custom for that shipment, but remember Canadian Custom is randomly check each shipment. So there are chance for you to pay exact custom fee above the price tag.... ^^"
