Wheels & Tires quyestion

Guys i need your help! Finally want to mod my 2009 lancer gt and looking to get wheels/tires first. My goal is for serious weight reduction. I'm looking at (on tirerack.com)
enkei racing rpf1 racing in black.
Offset: 43mm Backspacing: 5.59" Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 205/60-16
Weight: 13.7lbs.

The tires im looking at our Continental extreme contact DWS
205/45R16
These tire weigh 17lbs.

If i recall, i THINK i read somewhere that the stock wheel/tire combined weigh 42lbs.

If this setup is compatible, their combined weight would be 30.7, a total of 122.8lbs vs 168lbs. A weight reduction of 45.2/lbs.

My question's are:

1)Is this wheel/tire compatible?
2)will this increase my MPG and if so by how much.
3)Anyone know in toronto where to buy these rims?

205/45/16 is not made for our cars, it is significantly smaller, nearly 10% smaller. If you want to go lighter... Go 17 and also wider so you dont have alot of sidewall like the 60 profile on the 16. Get a 17x8 or 17x8.5 depending on offset and you can still find some light wheels in that category the rpfs will be a good option for low weight, not high cost.
