Bringing Lancer to Canada

Hi guys. I bought my GTS in 2009 in the states and I'm graduating soon this May so I will be bringing it back to Canada. Besides the fact I have to drill holes on the front bumper to hang the plate, I think I'd also need to bring it to Canadian Tire for an inspection.

So here is the problem. Does anyone know if the K&N SRI and the HKS Axle-back I have on the car are legal in the great white north? I never had any problems here in the US since the county I live in doesn't even have emission controls. For those of you living in Canada, especially Montreal, how are you guys dealing with this issue of after-market parts being legal or not?

I suppose that the K&N SRI is legal cause i went to my local performance shop a couple months ago and its exactly this they wanted to sell to me (btw i'm in quebec), so i guess it's legal, can't help you for the rest tho.. Good luck !
