Honestly you're better off posting in the Evo x section. The Canadian section is pretty much dead on here.
As far as what to do and not do, just don't launch the car....if you can help it. Change the oil regularly and keep up with all your other fluid changes. The MR Trans can't take much power over stock, so I wouldn't do much bolt on's to the car.
