thinking of taking a job in Montreal

I just went through the import evo into canada thread and I want to make sure I understand the situation. If I move to Montreal, I can drive my evo around with no problem so long as I keep it registered in the US? Should I keep my US driver's license? I know my insurance covers me in Canada. Would I be able to get work done on it in Montreal or would I have to drive to New York?

Yes, you can drive it round here as long as it's registered in the US. There is one guy actually doing it over here from NJ. As far as tuning, we got some really good tuning shops, but you have to know that most of them never touched an Evo...

Welcome to one of the nicest city in America

montreal's about a 5 hour away from toronto, but we have mitsubishi meets here that you might want to come to, not to mention Ultimate Racing is right here in Scarborough. They make a lot of stuff for Evo's, so if you need extensive work done, they're probably a good bet.
