Car purchased in Arizona by original owner, then imported to Alberta by 2nd owner. Currently registered and in use in BC.

-New ACT HDSS clutch + OEM flywheel (installed September 2017)
-SparkTech Coil On Plug system (improved throttle response, hp, idle quality, fuel economy. OEM coil plugs included with sale of car)
-Custom cat-back exhaust system (unsure of make, previous owners unsure as well)
-Apex-i AVC-R Actuator Valve Controller (digital boost controller)
-Buschur under hood shifter bushings (vastly improved shifting feel)
-New Ebay Radiator (replaced Aug 2016)
-K&N Drop In Air Filter

INTERIOR/ EXTERIOR
-OEM JDM EVO 8/ 9 MR head lights with HID and fog lights (with operational daytime running lights)
-OEM JDM EVO 9 tail lights
-Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 ultra-high performance all-season tires (purchased summer 2016, current tread depth 8/10)
-Carbon fiber front Do Luck style lip (may need to be replaced, has started to crack)
-Triple Defi Gauge set-up with centre dash mount
-Blacked out interior headliner and pillars
-Cobb shift knob
-Aftermarket Alpine stereo system with dash relocation and AUX input
-Viper 3305V Two-Way Car Alarm Security System

THE GOOD
-Excellent engine compression (test performed May 2016)
-Minor modifications as above, but largely stock.
-Running exclusively on Chevron 93 pump gas.
-Regular engine oil changes with Amsoil synthetic oil + Amsoil oil filter
-ALL records dating back to original purchase of car in 2004 are included.

NOT SO GOOD
-cabin air temperature control knob is broken (replacement unit included with sale)
-rear right strut may need to be replaced (recently inspected by local Mitsubishi dealership, records and report included)
