PLEASE HELP! WOT Jerk/Bump As Approaching Redline in 3rd
2011 Evo X GSR
Odometer Reading: ~1,200 miles
Outside Temperature: ~10 degrees
Cobb Stage 1 93 Octane Tune only
http://youtu.be/ioxrk5kc_Ug
Hey guys,
So last night, I decided to take the car out and do some spirited driving. After driving around for a little while, I went to a back road and did some WOT pulls. As you can see in the video, I went from 1st to 2nd to 3rd, but then in 3rd as I was approaching redline (between 6-7K), all of a sudden I felt/heard a jerk/bump and the RPMs stuttered. I thought I may have hit a patch of ice or snow so I tried it again. I was able to replicate this 3 times in a row. Third time I recorded it. I immediately went home, flashed the car back to stock and call a couple of people about it.
I then picked up my brother-in-law who has a 9 and we went out to see if I could duplicate it and maybe diagnose it. Well, long story short, I could not replicate it anymore. I then flashed the car back to stage 1/93 octane, and still could not replicate it. I ran the Cobb AP to monitor performance while we tried to replicate it, and my peak boost was 25PSI, and I had no trouble codes.
My buddy then called and had me look at my fuse box and we confirmed that I don't have the updated fuel relay. We chalked it up as this being it, and I'm going to stop by AMS tomorrow and pick it up, but I wanted to see what other people on here had to say about it? Any idea what it could be? I already zip-tied that little hose under the engine cover (near the dipstick) that is known to pop off, and I've only launched the car twice since I got it.

Hey guys,
Spoke to Cobb Tuning last week, and completely forgot to update the thread. They saw the video and said I was indeed overboosting due to the lower temps. They recommended that I replace the fuel relay and switch to LWG software in lower temps..
However, where can I find this LWG software? I thought it would be on my AP but I don't see it. I reached out to them on FB Friday night but they haven't replied.
I know I have an '11 so it's still in Beta, but does that mean they don't have LWG maps yet?
