Have you tried swapping out the fuel pump relay with the highbeam relay ?

No the car is brand new didn't touch relays

Bad fuel pump relay will causes Lean condition at wot, try it first and see if theres a difference. Swap the High Beam relay with the fuel pump 1 min job and you will know if its the relay.

Flash back to stock to test and if AFR still reads high probably sensor

I switched it back to stock. I ordered the sensor it's coming friday

I had a similar problem with my 02 lancer....it came down to one of my injectors was not closing so it would keep constant fuel going in. This may not be the case but if your wiring test fails for the sensors then i would try to test the injectors

i belive its the sensor for my wideband watch the video on page 1 and i could not test the sensor because it did not go full lean

You never answered me...

You're running the AEM gauge AND the AEM sensor, correct?

And some new questions:

When you turn the key to ON, without starting the engine, what happens? Does it eventually go lower and lower until it reads "---"?

my bad yes it the aem gauge and sencor and no it goes lower but never ---

You could also just check you plugs to see if your lean or not.
