I have a 08 mr that is stock with aem. I bought a used ap and installed stage 1 and the car ran great. Then recently I just installed the aem and downloaded the stage 1 map for aem inrakes and I got 27psi and felt like it hit a wall (car pulled timing). The knock count was like 0/10. I'm not sure what that means anyway. So I flashed the low boost map and it only boosts to 14psi. I am going to get tuned in a few months but until then any suggestions?

 

Boost pill still in? You might have a fuel cut at 27psi, and your 0/10 knock count means your are currently running 0 knock but you at one time hit 10 count.

 

MisterHappy summed it up. Your best bet would be to get some datalogs and use AccessTUNER race to dial in a custom wastegate duty that will work for you in the interim. The AEM intake has a different sized bleed port for the boost solenoid which can cause variances in boost levels. You can play with boost pills, but ultimately a custom tune should be able to get you to consistent levels.
