1/8th time to the 1/4 time
how do you estimate what you would run in the quarter by just using your 1/8th time??? i ran a 8.707 so that would be what in the quater??? thanks

There probably is a formula for figuring out what a 1/4 mile run would be, but you'll never really know unless you run a real 1/4 mile track. For a reference, I ran a 13.49@103.37MPH with a 1/8 mile 0f 8.62@80MPH last year. You are probably in the mid to high 13's I guess .

I'd guess that too. On my high 12 runs last year I was right around 8 seconds then the 8th. Like 8.1 - 8.2.
If you look on this site: http://www.dsmtimes.org/evo.htm you can look at people's times and get an idea. They list 1/4 plus whatever they ran in the 1/8 too...
