What should I expect?

I have an 03 GSR with a few mods. I'm going down to Atco next week and was wondering what I should expect. This is what I got:

3-inch TBE
Kand N cone filter
1g BOV
BC set at 21 lbs.
Dejon UICP
Polished o2 Housing

Iwas also thinking about putting an intake pipe on before I go. Should I? I heard its basically hit or miss with the intake.
Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

With no tune, I wouldn't expect much. You have a great set of mods, but they won't truly be utilized until you get a tune. Atco is pretty fast, so maybe a 12.9@105 if you're a decent driver. I wouldn't be surprised with low 13s, though.

I ran 13.76 bone stock so i hope you are right about the 12.90. My goal was to run mid 12s without a tune and then get it dialed in and run 11s. What do you recommend for tuning. I know everybody has their preferences but I like to here it from the drivers instead of the vendors.

Say what? mid-12s untuned/11s tuned with what mods? Not the ones on your list currently, I hope. Since you only got 13.76 stock, then I would expect a 13.2 maybe. Tuning is the best mod, followed by exhaust and boost. There's no reason to have all the mods you have without some form of tuning, because it's mostly going to waste, although it may sound/look good.

My preference is the S-AFC route, but many prefer a flash. My times show the effect of an S-AFC with decent tuning knowledge and good driving.

I got ya. Tuning is definitely the way to go. I just wanted to see what it was capable of without tuning. When I said 11s I meant with the tune. What other mods would you recommend?

You won't hit 11's without at least a set of cams.

Yeah, I know you meant 11s with a tune, but the mods you listed won't get you close to 11s with a tune, thus my inquiry. Most people don't hit 11s with all the bolt-ons, cams, and a tune...

05s are getting very close to 11s without cams, but they are stronger. I'd probably hit 11s in my MR with a test pipe, but 4th gear runs out at 111, so it's gonna be very hard for me to ever do it.

WHAT man im not tuned. I havent seen an A/F since my baseline dyno. I ran 12.5 with a S-AfC with somebody elses tune LOL It was really agressive so I made it a little less aggressive and i ran a GREAT time!

That means you ARE tuned. The S-AFC is what I use, and that works great. You may not have known exactly what you were doing, but with basic settings, it's way better than stock.

Why did you buy an Evo if you're worried about cost on something like a tune? Spend the $300 for a proper flash/tune.

Who isn't worried about the cost? Are you insane? Everyone wants the best deal they can get. With the reflash, will you run into warranty problems? I'm sure they can see if the computer has been tampered with. If so, what are the most economical piggyback options?
