Went to the track, here's my results.
2005 EVO 1269miles
boost controller (20psi)
K&N drop in
MR BOV
Megan racing DP only. My cat back never showed up
I was out at fontana this weekend got to run three times. Temps at the track were from between 55-70 degree's
1st run 2nd run 3rd run
60'.... 2.070 2.030 1.892
330... 5.648 5.590 5.346
1/8... 8.539 8.540 8.192
mph... 83.60 82.39 84.13
1000... 11.042 11.104 10.665
1/4... 13.132 13.229 12.731
mph... 108.26 106.85 109.63
First run of the day I was hiting the 5k rev limiter and quick sliping the clutch but bogged . The second run I ended up sliping the clutch way too much and got a nice sea food smell from my clutch. At that point I disconnected the rev limiter and rev'ed to 6k and dumped it and off I went with no bog or slip. I think when I get my exhuast and a nice 60' time I should hit low 12's.

As you can see, there's a world of difference with a decent launch, even though your 3rd one was still not very good. Trapping 109.6 without a tune or exhaust with just 91oct (I assume) is amazing. I only trap 110 on 93oct with full exhaust and a tune. You will be capable of low 12s with the full exhaust...it will just require some more practice with the non-5k-limited launches.

I was on 91oct. I know my last 60' still wasnt good I wasnt really ready when the light went green. I did pretty good compared to the other evo's their. Im going back on the 14th of next month to try again. I hope with my exhuast and maybe some 100oct runing 23-24psi I will hit low 12's.
Yeah, that mph is unheard of for 91oct on the stock exhaust and no tune. I don't think I've ever heard of such a thing, especially on a bad launch. You have a lot to look forward to. As I mentioned, I only am able to trap 110mph with a full exhaust and base flash in 55-degree weather while also running more like 22psi vice your low 20psi. I also hit 88mph in the 1/8th where you hit just 84, but then your top end (25mph back 1/8th) is insane for having no exhaust and low boost.

I knew something was up with my car when I could pull from my budies 06 IX Evo. He had the exact same mods as me plus a full exhuast. I guess I got a wensday built car
Wow, those are some great times on 91 octane. I was also there on Saturday. What color Evo were you? How were you running so well without pulling timing on 91? Best I could do at Fontana on 91 octane with no fuel computer was 13.20's at 103 MPH. The only way to improve my times on 91 was with a fuel computer and my water injection system. I was able to pull off a 12.99 @ 105 MPH.
