I defended you saying that with your turbo now you should be able to walk it. Stock car = no chance. And dont pretend your car is something special... not to me at least...After all you came on here complaining how slow it is... so its either your driving is ungodly horrid or your car is slow. Either way, dont switch modes and brag how fast it is. Go race a bike and beat it... then at least we are on the same page.

 

My g/f has beat 2 c6 Vettes, a modded 03 Cobra, and a Porsche Carrera S, all run 12s, all got beat from a roll.

 

CBR 600 from a roll. Not bragging it just happened.

Im confused, If, your A/f ratio is mint, than whats the issue. by the looks of it you realllyyy need a tune. or you just having a hard time in the first 2 gears. not bragging but i ran better times with my car stock..... something doesnt seem right here. Whats are you running for management?

IF your Doing these times of a Flash your Nuts if you think its going to work. Its going to start pulling timing, knocking. All the above. your asking for uncertain death the way your going.

 

Well I honestly didnt get any help from you, just some crap talking on how slow my car is untuned with the new turbo or how slow it was untuned on the stock turbo. Its only been tuned once and it did make a huge difference. I'll be ok as long as I keep my racing on the street since I've got nothing to prove at the track.

 

I'm just trying to make it work until I get tuned next month.

Just posting the truth, I dont come to this forum to talk trash or brag, I may be the worst driver here and I may have the worst running car. I'm just here asking for help. Everyone knows about as much as I do about sucking at the track but beating this cars on the highway. Warrtalon at least is understanding that 2 cars are different, I dont know if he is racing modded Z06's or what, because I know a stock z06 would leave me on the highway. My races were C5s. All I am asking for is some help and I got it, I dont care about the quarter times right now, I just want to know where the power is. Sorry if it seemed like I was bragging but it's all true.

 

It's not your driving that is causing the slow end time. Maybe your wastegate is opening prematurly, or there is a leak somewhere. Check your sparks to see they are running optimal, and try to get a retune in the near future. I'm not a fan of dynoflash but you need a retune one way or another. Also you have cam and cam gears, which should also be fine tuned. Once you get everything running, you will have no problem running fast E.Ts.

Just becareful on the street is all i'm trying to say on the top post. Shoot everyone street races, i think its in our blood as sport car owners, but use good judgement.

 

Im not a light to light person, too scared of cops. I like going on the highway but racing that Vette last night had me scared. I've been 155 before and my gas pedal leg was shaking like crazy. At least the driver didnt get mad like most people and do a ricer flyby or make excuses.

C5 is the base model Vette. And someone is acting like a 5 year old saying they wish I would die. I make you sick? I have better things to do than listen to people who think they are better than everyone because they run 11s or are just having a bad day and have to take it out on others.
