If I gave it a hard run and could actually drive/shift it well I would be much closer to 130 at the same boost. Like here is a run that is funny I did today:

Don't worry I trap 88mph with 8.0ET so not only do I shift slower, my car is as well.

Im still not that good at the 1/8th so my honest guess for this weekend if I can fix it would be, at the same boost, a 10.8 @ 129-130.... and thats if I dont turn the boost up.

i think i know whats wrong and why its locking up while shifting, i had the same problem, when i diagnos it it was either a bad pressure plate or air with in the tranny, so i tried the cheap way first and blead the tranny and that worked....
